These Terms of Service govern your use of aaminhousing.com, operated by Al-Noor Group of Companies ("Al-Noor Group", "we", "us", or "our") for AAMIN HOUSING-1. By using this site, submitting an inquiry, or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.
Content on this website — including block layouts, pricing tables, payment plans, amenities, and construction progress updates — is provided for general information only and is subject to change without notice. It does not constitute a legal offer, contract, or guarantee of availability, price, or possession timeline.
Final terms for any plot or unit, including price, payment schedule, and possession, are governed exclusively by the signed booking/allotment agreement executed between the buyer and Al-Noor Group.
AAMIN HOUSING-1 is developed as an RDA-approved master community. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify current approval status and documentation with the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) before making any payment or commitment.
Submitting an inquiry or booking form on this site does not itself reserve a plot or unit. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable booking amount and execution of the relevant documentation with Al-Noor Group's sales office.
Payment plans, dates, and amounts shown on the website are indicative; the schedule stated in your signed agreement governs.
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting site functionality, or copying content for commercial redistribution without our written consent. All trademarks, logos, and content on this site are the property of Al-Noor Group unless otherwise noted.
