We're hiring a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activity across active blocks at Aamin Housing-1, working alongside our contractor UGALCO Constructions.
This is a hands-on, on-ground role reporting into the project management office, responsible for keeping construction on schedule and to specification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Monitor daily civil works progress against the construction timeline
- — Inspect quality of concrete, brickwork, and structural work on site
- — Coordinate material deliveries and labor scheduling with the contractor
- — Report weekly progress to the project management office
- — Enforce site safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS
- — Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
- — 3+ years of on-site supervision experience on residential or commercial projects
- — Based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad
