Sales Advisor

Aamin Housing-1 is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our on-ground team in Islamabad. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers — walking them through block options, plot sizes, and payment plans, and coordinating site visits at our Srinagar Highway community.

You'll work closely with the marketing and site office teams to convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings, and represent the Al-Noor Group standard of transparency in every client interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Respond to inbound WhatsApp and phone inquiries within the same business day
— Conduct on-site tours of the master plan and active blocks for visiting families
— Explain plot pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines accurately
— Maintain accurate lead and booking records in the CRM
— Coordinate with the site office for visit scheduling

REQUIREMENTS

— 1-3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales
— Fluent in Urdu and English
— Comfortable with WhatsApp-first client communication
— Valid driving license
